Date of grant is 6 April 2022; share price of GBP3.2588.
All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is

Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
The Company provides notification of the following transactions
undertaken outside of a market venue relating to the below named
PDMRs and their respective interests in the ordinary shares of
nominal value 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares")
(ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).
The transactions arise in respect of the 2022 annual award of
free Shares made on 6 April 2022 under the Company's HMRC approved
Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') and Overseas Profit-Linked Share
Scheme ('OPLSS') to qualifying employees, including the PDMRs. The
level of award granted to participants was calculated in accordance
with the SIP and OPSS rules and based on a Share price of
GBP3.2588.
