Acquisition of further interest in Aukett Swanke Group plc,

Issue of Consideration Shares and Total Voting Rights

Braveheart Investment Group (AIM: BRH), is pleased to announce that it has purchased a further 4,233,293 ordinary shares of one pence each in Aukett Swanke Group plc ("ASG")( the "Existing ASG Shares"), at a price of 1.88 pence per share, being the closing mid-market price on 30 August 2022, for a total consideration of GBP79,585.91. The consideration will be satisfied by the issue of a total of 740,334 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each in Braveheart (the "Consideration Shares"), with the issue price of the Consideration Shares being 10.75 pence each, the closing mid-market price of a Consideration Share on 30 August 2022. Upon completion of the transaction, Braveheart will own 10.91 per cent. of the issued share capital of ASG.

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the Consideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is anticipated that Admission will occur, and dealings will commence in the Consideration Shares at 8.00 a.m. on, or around, 7 September 2022.

Total voting rights

Following Admission, the Company will have 56,406,416 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in issue, each with one voting right. There are no shares held in treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of ordinary shares and voting rights will be 56,406,416. This figure may be used by shareholders from Admission as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
