Board Change
Treatt, the manufacturer and supplier of a diverse and
sustainable portfolio of natural extracts and ingredients for the
beverage, flavour and fragrance industries, announces that Yetunde
Hofmann has informed the Board of her intention to resign as a
Non-executive Director at the conclusion of the Annual General
Meeting on 27 January 2023, in order to devote more time to her
other board roles.
Tim Jones, Chairman of Treatt, commented "I would like to
express our thanks to Yetunde for her contribution to the Board and
Treatt Group and for her work as Chair of the Remuneration
Committee over the last year. We wish Yetunde well for the
future."
Following other Board changes during the year, a recruitment
process is already in progress and the appointment of a new
Non-executive Director will be announced in due course.
