Director/PDMR Shareholding
Equals (AIM:EQLS), the fast-growing payments group focused on
the SME marketplace, announces that two of its Directors have today
purchased ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in
the Company. Ian Strafford-Taylor, Chief Executive Officer,
purchased 22,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 88.0 pence per
Ordinary Share on 14 December 2022. Following this purchase of
shares, he now holds 2,200,250 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.22%
of the Company's issued share capital.
Alan Hughes, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 12,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 88.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 14 December
2022. Following this purchase of shares, he now holds 46,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share
capital.
