Paragon Banking Group PLC (the "Company") announces that it has
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of GBP1.00
each through UBS AG London Branch ("UBS"). This completes the share
buyback programme of up to GBP50m announced on 6 December 2022. The
Group regularly reviews its approach to capital management and will
provide the next update with the interim results.

Number of ordinary GBP1.00 shares purchased: 42,309
Highest price paid per share: 603.50p
Lowest price paid per share: 591.50p
Volume weighted average price paid per
share: 597.9551p
Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds
14,870,044 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 226,673,581
ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The figure of
226,673,581 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in
the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they can determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
