Exercise of Options & PDMR Dealings
The Company announces that on 1 March 2023, the Company's 2019
Save as You Earn ("SAYE") scheme matured, and options were
exercised by certain PDMR's as detailed below, over 8,662 ordinary
shares of 25p at a price of 727p per share. The issue of ordinary
shares in connection with the maturing of the SAYE scheme was
satisfied by shares held by the James Latham Employee Benefits
Trust.
