Ruffer LLP controls the voting rights over 8,925,000 shares (now 4.932976%
of the voting rights) of Volex plc which are held by the discretionary
clients of Ruffer LLP and its subsidiaries (the voting of which is all
controlled by Ruffer LLP).
This change from above 5% to below 5% is due to a purchase of 500,000
placing shares and an increase of the shares in issue on 26(th) June
2023.
