Publication of Supplement to the Base Prospectus
The following supplement (the Supplement) to the base prospectus
dated 25 October 2019 referred to below (the Base Prospectus) has
been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and is
available for viewing:
Supplement dated 18 June 2020 to the prospectus dated 25 October
2019 for Eversholt Funding plc's GBP3,000,000,000 multicurrency
programme for the issuance of Bonds unconditionally and irrevocably
guaranteed by Eversholt UK Rails (Holding) Limited, Eversholt
Finance Holdings Limited, Eversholt Rail Limited, Eversholt Depot
Finance Limited, Eversholt Rail Leasing Limited (formerly European
Rail Finance (GB) Limited), Eversholt Investment Limited, European
Rail Finance Holdings Limited, European Rail Finance Limited and
European Rail Finance (2) Limited.
The Supplement should be read and construed in conjunction with
the Base Prospectus and any other supplements to the Base
Prospectus issued by the Issuer.
