Restoration of Trading, Issue of Equity, TVR and Appointment of Broker

Restoration of Trading

Further to the Company's publication of its Unaudited Interim Results to 30 June 2013 today, the Company announces that its shares will be restored to trading on AIM as from 7.30 a.m. on 2 April 2014.

Issue of Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that it has placed 60,000,000 Ordinary Shares at US$0.005 per share with Cuff Holdings Pte Ltd raising US$300,000 on 25 October 2013 and on 31 March 2014 a further 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares were placed at a price of US$0.005 per share, by the Company, with Logarajah Subramanian for a consideration of US$250,000.

In respect of the above and further to the announcements of 27 January 2011 and 28 April 2011 the Company has now applied for a total of 265,833,333 new Ordinary Shares, which will rank, pari passu, with all existing ordinary shares in the Company, to be admitted to trading on AIM, with dealings expected to commence on or around 8 April 2014.

TVR

Following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares as described above, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 2,301,532,444 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company also holds 1,922,966 Ordinary Shares in treasury and these shares have no voting rights. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 2,301,532,444 and this figure may be used by shareholders at the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.

Appointment of Broker

The Board of AEL is also pleased to announce the appointment of Peterhouse Corporate Finance as Joint Broker with immediate effect.
