Issue of Equity and Director Dealings

Avanta Serviced Office Group plc ("ASOG" or the "Company") is an AIM-listed provider of flexible office space and support services, currently operating 31 business centres, predominantly in the London area.

The Company announces that it has issued 140,000 new ordinary shares of 30 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of 140,000 eligible options over Ordinary Shares under the Company's share option scheme ("Options) on 9 October 2014 by Mr Michael Kingshott, non-executive director of the Company. The exercise price for the Options was 60 pence. An application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur at 8.00 am on 15 October 2014 ("Admission").

Following the exercise of Options set out above, Mr Kingshott, who stepped down from an executive role at the Company at the beginning of the year, informed the Company that he today sold 239,853 Ordinary Shares at 104 pence per share. The shares were sold to a partner in a new business venture to enable Mr Kingshot to make an investment in the new venture.

Following the above transactions in Ordinary Shares, Mr Kingshott is now interested in 999,994 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 3.06 per cent of the Company's issued share capital following Admission.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights comprises 32,710,998 Ordinary Shares. No shares were held in treasury at the date of this announcement. The total current voting rights in the Company is therefore 32,710,998.

The above figure (32,710,998 Ordinary Shares) is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
