Further to the Company's announcement of 8 September relating to the Company's proposal to repay its 5% First Cumulative Preference Stock and 7% Cumulative Preference Stock, JL announces that today it posted to shareholders an explanatory circular (the "Circular") convening a general meeting and class meetings. The Circular has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism.
