    Director's Dealing

    Bateman Litwin ("the Company") has today been informed by Eyal Cohen, an Executive Director, that on 27 August 2008 he sold 40,000
ordinary shares of 0.10 Euro each in the Company at a price of 77 pence each.
                
    Following this sale, Mr. Cohen's total beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company is 801,772 ordinary shares. Of which
544,906 represent ordinary shares and 256,866 represent options over ordinary shares. Together this accounts for approximately 0.71 percent
of the Company's issued share capital of 112,403,000 Ordinary Shares.
