Notice of AGM and GM 
The board of directors of Central African Gold Plc ('the Board'), the AIM quoted 
gold mining and exploration company, announces that the Annual General Meeting 
('AGM'), relating to its financial year ended 31 December 2008, will be held at 
the offices of Salans LLP at Millennium Bridge House, 2 Lambeth Hill, London 
EC4V 4AJ on 12 February 2010 at 4.00 p.m. 
Furthermore, the Board announces that, pursuant to the announcement of 21 
December 2009, a circular containing a notice of General Meeting ('GM') ('the 
Circular'), convened for 4.15 p.m., on the same day, 12 February 2010, at the 
offices of Salans LLP at Millennium Bridge House, 2 Lambeth Hill, London EC4V 
4AJ, has today been sent to shareholder to approve the disposal of CAG's Malian 
assets. 
The AGM and GM notices, along with the Circular and associated forms of proxy, 
have been posted to shareholders, together with an explanatory covering letter, 
and can be downloaded from the Company's website at www.centralafricangold.com.
