CES SOFTWARE ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE NEW AGREEMENT WITH UK BETTING EXCHANGE
MATCHEDBETS

CES Software plc ("CES"), a provider of person-to-person betting exchange
technology to licensed gaming operators, announces today that it has entered
into an exclusive agreement with Matchedbets, a UK betting exchange. Matchedbets
will become its newest licensee.

The Matchedbets website will run on CES' exchange network which can share
liquidity among all its licensees, and allows bets to be matched between
players. Matchedbets is a UK betting exchange which allows clients to place
person-to-person bets on a wide range of major sporting events, including UK
horse racing.

Lorne Abony, Chief Executive of CES Software plc, said:
