RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR 
 
 
Develica Deutschland Limited ("Develica" or "the Company"), the AIM-listed 
German property investment company, today announces that Alan Gravett has 
resigned as a Director with immediate effect due to other commitments. 
 
 
Derek Butler, Develica's Chairman, said: "It is with much regret that we have 
accepted Alan's resignation from the Board of Develica. He has been a Director 
of the Company since its flotation and has made a valuable contribution to the 
business over the past three years."
