The Board of Debtmatters Group plc is pleased to announce the month of September
2006 as a record month with 636 approved IVAs completed. As a result the Board
can confirm that it knows of no reason for the recent share price fall and reiterates,
following the pre-close trading update on 20 September 2006, that it continues
to trade comfortably in line with the upper end of market consensus.
