                                Grant of Options


Following the appointment of Martin Chalmers as Finance Director on 25 April
2007, the Company announces that the Board has today granted Mr Chalmers options
over 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Share Options") at an exercise price
of 3.5p per share. The Share Options are exercisable over the next 3 years.
