The Company has been notified that Ruffer Investment Company Limited ("RICL"), 
an investment company managed by Ruffer LLP, of which Jonathan Ruffer (a 
Director of the Company) is a member, sold 125,000 ordinary 5p shares in the 
capital of the Company on Friday, 27 November 2009.  Following this sale, RICL 
no longer has a holding in the Company.
