                             Appointment of Advisor



EuroTrust A/S ("EuroTrust" or "the Company") (AIM:EURO), the wind energy and
property development company, today announces that it has appointed Carnegie
Bank A/S as advisor for the sale of the shares in its property division
companies.


EuroTrust announced on 17 September 2007 the intention to concentrate on its
fast growing wind energy business, with one of the options being to divest
shares in its property development operations, which comprise Aktiv Gruppen
Holding A/S, Aktiv Gruppen Norge A/S and Real Ejendomme A/S.


Carnegie Bank A/S will now commence production of an Information Memorandum for
the Company's property portfolio, which is expected to be submitted to
interested parties in early 2008. The sale of the shares of EuroTrust's property
division companies is expected to be completed before the end of the current
fiscal year.


Robert Skjodt, CEO, commented: "We have completed a significant amount of the
work required in order to prepare the property division for sale. We look
forward to working closely with Carnegie with a view to executing the sale of
the shares of the property division next year".
