The company was informed on 27 November 2007 that on 27 November Robert Skjodt,
Chief Executive, bought 15,000 ordinary shares of the Company at Euro8.28 per
share.  Following this transaction Robert Skjodt now holds 205,297 shares
representing 0.49% of the Company's current issued share capital as enlarged by
the Placing detailed in the announcement made by the Company yesterday (RNS
Number:5954I ).
