EuroTrust A/S ("EuroTrust" or the "Company") 
 
 
Completion of bankruptcy proceedings 
 
 
On 24 November 2008, the Company announced that EuroTrust A/S had filed for 
Suspension of Payments in order to seek the Danish court's protection while 
management, together with the administrator appointed by the court, continued 
their efforts to dispose of certain of the Company's assets. 
 
 
On 25 February, the Company announced that it had been informed that one of its 
creditors has petitioned the Danish court for formal bankruptcy proceedings to 
commence with respect to EuroTrust A/S. That court hearing was held today, 2 
March 2009, and the creditors and the Company agreed to extend the Suspension of 
Payments until 24 May and hence put the petition for formal bankruptcy 
proceedings on hold. 
 
 
The court appointed new Supervisors, Claus Bennetsen of Lawfirm Accura and Boris 
Frederiksen of Lawfirm Poul Schmith.
