    Global Health Partner PLC ("GHP") announces that it was notified by Investor Growth Capital on 26 June 2008 that it had acquired 399,244
GHP ordinary shares of 50 pence as of 25 June 2008.  Following this acquisition Investor Growth Capital AB holds 9,185,944 ordinary shares
in GHP, representing 16.44 per cent. of GHP's ordinary share capital.

    Additionally, Global Health Partner PLC ("GHP") announces that it was also notified by Metroland BBV that it had acquired 325,000 GHP
ordinary shares of 50 pence each on 25 June 2008. Following this acquisition Metroland BBV holds  9,865,100 ordinary shares in GHP,
representing 17.66 per cent. of GHP's ordinary share capital.
