The Board would like to thank those Shareholders who have voted in favour of continuation for their support.

The Board expects to put forward Redemption Proposals to EUR Shareholders and US$ Shareholders within the next 2 months. Shareholders should note the possibility that such Redemption Proposals may have closed for acceptance prior to any conversions between Share classes by reference to the 31 March 2011 NAV Calculation Date becoming effective. EUR Shareholders and US$ Shareholders who wish to remain invested in the Company are advised to take no action at this time.
