             Result of General Meeting held at 9am on 31 March 2008

At today's General Meeting, the Ordinary Resolution to authorise the Company
(for the purposes of section 190 Companies Act 2006) to sell its entire holding
in credEcard Group Plc to Contis Group Limited for a consideration of
approximately �1.4 million to be satisified in cash and the issue of 31,250
fully paid ordinary shares of �1 each in Contis Group Limited, together with
repayment of the intercompany balances of approximately �0.8 million in cash,
was duly passed with over 99% of the votes cast in favour of the resolution.
