Kanabo Group plc (LSE:

focused healthcare technology and medicinal cannabis company,
announces the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of
Meeting") has now been published. The document has been posted to
shareholders and is now available to download from the Company's

The Company's Annual General Meeting
is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 27 June
2024 at 6th Floor, Saddlers House, 44 Gutter Lane,
London, EC2V 6BR. The meeting will commence at 11.00
a.m.
The voting results of all
resolutions put before the 2024 AGM will be announced shortly
afterwards.
