RETURN OF CAPITAL - B SHARE REDEMPTION

Loudwater Trust Limited, the closed-ended investment company, is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors have today approved the redemption of the B shares in the capital of the Company for 3.08 pence per share.

The redemptions will have a settlement date of 30 March 2012.
