The Company has today been notified that Damille Investments Limited has today acquired 1,000,000 shares at a price of 55.16p per share. As a result of this purchase Damille Investments Limited holds 17,650,000 shares, representing 29.3 per cent of the issued share capital of Loudwater.

Brett Miller and Rhys Davies, non-executive directors of Loudwater, are the executive directors of Damille Investments Limited.
