DISPOSAL BY INVESTEE COMPANY

Loudwater Trust Limited, the closed-ended investment company, today announces that one of its investee companies has sold part of its business, which will result in an initial distribution to Loudwater of in the region of GBP1m, pending customary closing conditions. Approximately GBP0.23 million is currently held in escrow against any warranty claims for up to 12 months. The carrying value of the investment in this investee company at 30 September 2012 was GBP340,000.

A further announcement will be made in due course following completion, covering the amount of the distribution to be returned to shareholders and its timing.
