Shareholder Requisition 
 
 
 
 
Mama announces that it has received a requisition from SMS Finance S.A. dated 24 
November 2009 pursuant to section 338 of Companies Act 2006 requiring it to give 
notice to its members of resolutions and a statement to be circulated to Mama's 
shareholders. SMS Finance S.A. is the registered shareholder of 240,790,000 
ordinary shares in Mama (representing approximately 29.8 per cent. of the 
ordinary shares in issue). 
 
The requisition requests that Mama's next notice of Annual General Meeting 
includes resolutions to be put to shareholders proposing the appointment of 
Cristian D'Ippolito and Peter Read as directors of Mama. 
 
 
The directors will circulate, with the notice of AGM, resolutions and a 
statement from SMS Finance in accordance with this requisition, together with 
their recommendation as to the action which shareholders should take.
