RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

Following the announcement by FN Herstal SA on 2 July 2014 declaring the Recommended Cash Offer for Manroy unconditional in all respects, the following Non-Executive Directors of Manroy have resigned from all Board positions held within the Manroy group of companies:
