Cosentino, the AIM listed Napa Valley based wine company, announces that it has
been notified that, following a transfer to an external fund manager, BT Pension
Scheme Trustees Limited is interested in 1,011,989 ordinary shares in the
Company, representing 4.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
