Notification of Suspension

Mercer, the investing company that is seeking opportunities within the natural resources, energy and precious metals sectors, announces that, in accordance with Rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company's shares will today be suspended from trading on AIM as a result of the Company not having completed a reverse takeover or substantially implemented the investing policy approved by shareholders within twelve months of becoming an investing company.

The Board remains optimistic that in due course, Mercer will be in a position to make an investment, in line with its investing policy, constituting a reverse takeover subject to shareholder approval. The Board will continue to keep shareholders updated as appropriate.
