Nationwide Accident Repair Services plc, the largest dedicated provider of
automotive crash repair services in the UK, today received notification that on
the 26th October 2007 Michael Marx, non-Executive Chairman of the Company,
bought 30,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in NARS ('Shares') at a price of 
150 pence per share.

Following this transaction Michael Marx is interested in 30,000 Shares,
representing approximately 0.067% of the Company's issued share capital.
