Corrective announcement and Total voting rights

This is a corrective announcement necessitated by an administrative error, as a result of which Pets at Home Group Plc (the "Company") wishes to notify the following corrections to the notified issued share capital within its recent 'Transaction in Own Shares' and 'Total Voting Rights' announcements, as follows:

In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, and by way of confirmation, the Company notifies the market that as at 29 December 2023 and assuming settlement of shares purchased prior to that date pursuant to the Company's share buyback programme (announced on 26 June 2023) the Company's issued share capital comprises 474,392,228 shares of GBP0.01 each ("Shares"). All of the Shares have equal voting rights and there are no Shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company will be 474,392,228. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 12.4.6.
