Result of Annual General Meeting and General Meeting

The Board of Prime Focus is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

In addition, the Company announces that at the general meeting held immediately following the conclusion of the annual general meeting, notice and further details of which were announced on 14 November 2012, none of the resolutions proposed were passed.
