Offer for Subscription extended

The Company announces that the Offer for Subscription ("the Offer") made on 31st
August 2001 has been extended to 22nd October 2001.

At the close of business on 15th October 2001 subscriptions for 4 million New 
Ordinary Shares have been received under the Offer including a provisional 
application for 615,400 New Ordinary Shares from the Underwriters.
