TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF TRADING ON AIM

PUBLIC NETWORK PLC

The Directors regret to announce that there will be a delay in the publication
and despatch to shareholders of the audited accounts for the year ended 31 March
2002 which was due to take place by close of business yesterday.  The auditors
have advised that written confirmations are needed from certain creditors
including some of the Directors in order to clarify the due date for the
repayment of certain outstanding liabilities. The Directors anticipate that such
confirmations will be available shortly, thereby enabling the audit to be
completed and the accounts to be published.  Therefore trading in the Company's
shares has been temporarily suspended.
