The Company's share capital as at 31 May 2009 consists of 179,310,087 ordinary 
2p shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. 
 
 
Therefore the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights 
at that date is 179,310,087. 
 
 
The above figure of 179,310,087 ordinary 2p shares may be used by shareholders 
as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are 
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
