                              Director Shareholding 
 
Following the recent death of Lyn Miles, the company's chief executive, John 
Kennair MBE, chairman of Romag, as executor of Lyn's estate has today acquired a 
non-beneficial interest in one million Romag Ordinary shares of 25p each ("Romag 
shares") by virtue of submitting to the Company grant of probate documents for 
registration. 
 
John Kennair now has a beneficial interest in 4,976,521 Romag shares, 
representing 9.95% of the issued share capital and a non-beneficial interest in 
1,114,712 Romag shares, representing 2.23% of the issued share capital.
