Result of General Meeting

RSI is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held today, the Resolution to cancel the admission of the Company's ordinary shares of one pence each to trading on AIM was duly approved.

The last day of dealings in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be 12 April 2012 and the effective date of cancellation will be 13 April 2012.

The Company will announce details of arrangements for a third party matched bargain trading facility by 12 April 2012 and these will also be made available to shareholders on the Company's website at www.rocksolidimages.com
