The following amendment has been made to the 'Posting of Circular to Shareholders' announcement released on 18 March 2019 at 14:25 under RNS No 1940T.

In the Expected Timetable of Events table, the date associated with 'Date of potential suspension of trading in the Ordinary Shares, provided that the requirements of AIM Rule 15 that pertain to an AIM Rule 15 cash shell are not fulfilled' has been changed to 23 April 2019.

Posting of Circular to Shareholders

Further to the Company's announcement of 15 March 2019, Tau announces that it has posted a Circular to its Shareholders (the "Circular"), which includes a notice convening an Extraordinary General Meeting which will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 8 April 2019 at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1AP, British Isles.

The expected timetable for the Placing and the distribution of Net Cash and other matters, as contained in the Circular, can be found below.
