multicurrency revolving facility agreement with The Bank of Nova
Scotia (the "Debt
Facility") which matures on 30 January 2024 and which was
undrawn has not been renewed. Currently, the Company's £100m fixed
term loan from the Bank of Nova Scotia which is due to mature on 31
January 2025 is the Company's only outstanding debt.
