Exercise of options



Vividas Group plc has received an exercise notice from an employee over 150,000
ordinary shares, exercisable at 23 pence per share. This will become effective
subject to admission of the new shares to AIM. Vividas has received proceeds of
#34,500.



Application has been made to AIM for admission to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange of 150,000 ordinary shares.
Trading in relation to these shares is expected to commence on 11 July 2007.
