Director and PDMR Share Dealing
XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance
marketing services, has been informed that Ory Weihs, Chief
Executive Officer, purchased 110,000 ordinary shares on 16 March
2017 in the Company at a price of GBP1.11 per share. Following this
purchase, Mr. Weihs holds 7,040,673 ordinary shares representing
approximately 3.51% of the Company's existing issued share capital,
of which 2,556,667 ordinary shares are held directly and 4,474,006
ordinary shares are held through an indirect economic interest in
(but with no voting rights attaching to) such ordinary shares which
are held by Webpals Enterprises Limited. Mr. Weihs continues to
hold options over 83,333 ordinary shares in the Company.
