Explanatory Note
On November 12, 2019, Craft Brew Alliance, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. The Press Release was furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on November 13, 2019. The Press Release did not include the Company’s unaudited financial tables. This corrective Press Release dated November 12, 2019 is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 with this Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K
Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 12, 2019, the Company, issued a Press Release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2019. The Press Release also provides management’s expectations for the full year 2019 for several financial metrics important to the Company’s business. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference.
