On March 17, 2023, Nubia Brand International Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the extension of the time available for the Company to complete an initial business combination from March 15, 2023 to June 15, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
