Casino announced today that Javier's will join its culinary family
late summer. Javier's, a favorite hot spot for those
in-the-know in Southern California
and Los Cabos, Mexico, will
introduce its regionally influenced Mexican cooking in an unrivaled
setting amongst all of the excitement of ARIA.

Javier's menu, inspired by cuisine from different regions of
Mexico, features grilled seafood,
steaks, chicken and a selection of vegetarian dishes presented

restaurant's selection of premium tequila which is without rival

restaurant's full bar will feature Javier's famous hand-shaken,
made-to-order margaritas.
Designed by famed restaurant/resort designer Dodd Mitchell,
Javier's will be a spectacular, inviting addition to the casino
floor.
