Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Philippe Maury, at his namesake patisserie, created the dark and milk chocolate rendition of good ole Saint Nick. Weighing 200 pounds and standing 5 feet tall, the edible masterpiece is perched above Jean-Philippe Patisserie for everyone to see.
