("Vecima" or the "Corporation") (TSX:VCM) announces it has set its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to Monday,
January 28, 2019.
Due to the time required for the Company to complete a tender
process for its audit work, the AGM was delayed from being held
within six months of its year end. The Company has requested an
extension from the TSX to hold the AGM on Monday, January 28, 2019.
