Wireless Matrix Corporation (TSX: WRX), the leading provider of mobile resource management solutions targeting field service organizations, has announced today that J.G. ("Jeff") Lawson has resigned from its board of directors effective immediately. Mr. Lawson joined the company's board of directors in February 2003. Mr. Lawson is not able to maintain his board seat due to other professional commitments.
